The Executive Leadership Team is massive. What you normally see at a multi-billion dollar plus company has been descended upon Boomi (which is too small to handle so many Executives). When you are too too heavy, they find ways to make themselves “useful” by over managing. E.g., too many unnecessary meetings that are both time consuming and distract the worker bees from focusing on the day to day tasks. And when you are too too heavy, they are restless. Non stop layoffs because they needed to find a way to find themselves (ELT)…. By removing numerous lowly ranked employees to fund some expensive executives. Absolute hypocrisy and heartless. The old Boomi culture is barely recognizable.

- Senior management and managers do not know how to manage - no training or professional development - No upward mobility - Management has favorites - Some employees aren't the brightest - No processes or systems in place - every project/task feels like you're re-inventing the wheel bc of incompetencies both cross-functionally and within your team. No consistency and bad communication cross-functionally. - CFO has hired a bunch of useless, highly-paid directors who don't know what they're doing - No clear high-level strategy - Many layoffs in the last couple years to cut costs This company will inevitably go boom if it doesn't improve soon. Stay away!
