Pros

I left right after the merger, so this review is primarily associated while working under Dell. As a whole, a decent company.

Cons

My team was pretty disorganized. The manager of my team had know business managing the specific subset of software engineering that we were engaging in. Also, I'm pretty sure the PM of this team had some issues mentally, as he had a hard time understanding pretty much anything.

Pros

Compensation is really top notch and work life balance is very evident. Most people are working from home full time which gives us a lot of flexibility. Company culture is great!

Cons

There are some executives that were hired wrongly but finally, they have been removed and it looks like company is on the right direction again.
