      Pros

      Boomi is a great place to grow a career. Full of positive leaders that help you grow.

      Cons

      Transparency isn’t what it used to be. Culture has changed a bit due to remote work, and several changes in executive leadership.

      Over the past year the culture at Boomi has taken a complete nosedive. Budget cuts, hiring freeze, massive layoffs, expecting employees to pick up the slack and do the work of 2 or 3 full time employees by being told to "do more with less." HR is completely non-responsive to issues with sexual or professional misconduct. Layoffs caused by mis-spending by the c-suite who then took no verbal or actual accountability for their actions and instead laid off good, longstanding employees to balance the checkbooks.
