The worst leadership team I've seen in my whole career in terms of communication and EQ. Layoffs happen unfortunately, but there are good and bad ways to handle it. employees have been laid off at boomi without warning twice already and who knows when the next one will be. After both layoffs have happened, there has been almost no communication from leadership acknowledging what had happened and taking ownership for getting us to this point.
