Stay away from this mess, this is a company that when you join, your career is ruined. Pathetic managers, empathy is something that they are not aware of. Multiple rounds of public and silent layoffs has plagued since last year.

The entire company is a complete mess. The executive leadership is terrible. There is very little resources or support from a management perspective. No outlook or go-to market plan at all. No Biz Development or lead generation and quite frankly the solution isn't competitive.

CEO left, new one can’t be any worse. Most of the people on the ground were good people. Decent integration platform.

Cons

Treat staff as numbers, a cost on a spreadsheet. Senior management don’t have a clue, no proper form of communication or any transparency. No real strategy or direction, now incredibly under resourced due to all the ‘secret’ and ‘quiet’ layoffs. No culture, no trust in senior management, morale is on the floor with everyone constantly looking over their shoulders. This company has gone downhill and it’s only going to get worse.
