- Internal team was phenomenal - Internal customers were mainly a pleasure to work with - Excellent compensation

Cons

Executive leadership team was arrogant and incompetent. To call them a leadership team was a joke because they lacked all leadership qualities. However, I think every member of that team was terminated, so that is a step in the right direction.

Talented hardworking non executive workforce

Cons

Executives have no clue where they want to take the company. Non-stop layoffs of good people. People are put in situations to fail. Carrying quotas for sales people who left a long time ago so the company doesn't have to pay bonus. Putting people on plans and firing so they don't have to pay severance
