      Pros

      The people are cool for the most part.

      Cons

      Company is owned by private equity crayon eaters so greedy it makes the devil look like a saint. Tons of layoffs to cut down on costs and they moved sales (except senior leadership) to Canada to exploit the cheaper labor. If you enjoy a working environment that gets progressively worse, Boomi is your place.

      This company is a mess from top to bottom. Leadership has no vision, communication is a disaster, and every project is run through panic and last-minute scrambling. The work culture is toxic, full of blame games, favoritism, and zero support. The tech is outdated, the codebase is broken, and management refuses to invest in improvements. Burnout is rampant, and employees are treated like disposable tools. Promises made during hiring were empty, and there's absolutely no transparency. High turnover, low morale, and a complete lack of respect for people or process—avoid this place at all costs.
