Toxic culture. Some groups r treated better than others. Execs live the luxurious life while laying off employees to help cut costs to fund their lifestyle. There r no room 4 errors here. If u make even a small mistake you are berated and made to feel small. Ther is 0 stability. I am constantly worried if I am next to go. It’s not a great environment. I’ve been afraid of being laid off the last 2 years. Ur also expected to work at all hrs. It’s a global company so u will have calls as early as 5 am and as late as 10 pm. U r expected to make it work. A typical week I have breakfast lunch and dinner at my desk. Ur mental health and body will deteriorate here. We r understaffed but 2 cheap 2 hire more heads. If we do they r in India.
