Pros

I have worked at Boomi for many years and love the sense of community with the people that I work with. You can be your authentic self at the company and there are a ton of opportunities with ERGs to get involved in things that really matter to you. I work remotely even though I am pretty close to the often and enjoy the freedom of being able to work how I please, but still have access to an office space and gathering with others when is needed.

Cons

Continues to grow and with that comes more processes being put into place, just need to make sure that everyone throughout the company is aware of the processes so there isn't any disruption to the business when not followed.

Love working for this company! It still has a small company, entrepreneurial, vibe to it even though owned by PE. Excited to be a part of the company and the plans moving forward.

Cons

Struggling to maintain the original culture, but finding its way with all the new individuals that have joined Boomi since the divestiture. Not a negative thing, just a transition period.
