Pros

The usual job perks: discount is fantastic, free tix to local events (sometimes VIP if corporate doesn’t steal the ones allocated to your store), traveling, working with amazing and talented individuals. Plenty of opportunities for growth and development

Cons

Company is expanding too quickly. The focus is more on money-grabbing opportunities vs developing/supporting the stores that already exist. Pay raises are joke and will rarely happen. Very high and unrealistic expectations for sales/payroll budget.

Nice benefits and decent coworkers

Cons

Company growing too fast but little room for upward mobility. Also a problem with coworkers stealing spiffs (commissions from sales).
