      Pros

      Good compensation, exceptional emphasis on training as well as a great work life balance for most employees. Management works well with under performing employees and rewards high performing employees.

      Cons

      Due to the management consulting structure there is not a lot of opportunity for promotion beyond the Associate/Lead Associate level. The company only has essentially 7 levels.

      The company is very flexible.

      Cons

      There is little expectation of a 40 hour work week. Work life balance is stress in the company message but not delivered in daily life.
