      Large network of employees Highly regarded in the DC area New changes which should make it easier to move within the firm

      Cons

      Unclear expectations - for promotions, high ratings, etc. Some managers play favorites Can get "stuck" on a job

      Pros

      Booz Allen Hamilton compensate there employees very well.

      Cons

      Promotions have a heavy claim on years with the company and prior military experience. The skill level for some jobs that do not require certain military experience(i.e. Information Technology) do not get viewed with the same weight.

      Booz Allen treats its employees well. The numerous groups and activities sponsored by the Firm encourages life beyond work. The assessment process is tedious but necessary. Its a good name to have on your resume as you progress in your career.

      There is a lack of clearly stated career paths within the firm.
