      Good place to start out

      Pros

      Work is generally stable due to government contracts. People there are generally friendly, and will help you out. The company is very open to flexible work schedules, as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      Work can be uninteresting and it is difficult to change projects. There are a lot of office politics and bureaucracy involved. The benefits are average, as are the offices. The company takes itself too seriously for what it is. It is not much different from most other government contractors, especially since separating from the commercial arm. Promotions can be very political.

      The Good The Bad and not so Ugly.

      Pros

      Very large organization with a large number of projects and service offerings. I believe that the name is well respected in the Federal Government sector and that it is one of the few places that I have seen people actually leave the company and then come back at a later time. they actually have a name for these folks, "Comeback Kids."

      Cons

      The company is very large and the org chart is very fluid. The politics can be a little rough so you have to network and make good friends in order to grow and survivie.

      Pros

      Good pay, good people, great benefits and 401k plan. 4+ weeks off to start. Clearance required for most work, in some cases they will clear an uncleared person. Lots of work available, financially strong. With the separation of BAH and Booz & Company upper management can focus the company's(BAH) direction on the government market.

      Cons

      Advancement above associate difficult, must be very well rounded which is not really a bad thing.
