      Pros

      Intellectual capital, ability to move around dependent upon your likes and career goals, the knowledge sharing that goes on here is beyond compare.

      Cons

      There can be long days at times, but that is to be expected at a consulting firm. There is a high focus on networking, which sometimes means attending functions you aren't really interested in for the sake of getting your name out there.

      Pros

      Stable place to work over the long term. Good benefits package. Smart and decent people working here in many cases. The networking opportunities are excellent.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape. Like a collection of small businesses competing against each other. Be prepared to have your wings clipped and used by your boss. Like any company, there are lots of ways for management to control the workforce- fear seems to be a terrific method for Booz leadership.
