*Good Hours *My kind of people *Decent (just below average) Wage *Flexible Schedule

Cons

*Serious aversion to OT pay (and holiday pay) *No PTO/Sick Pay or ANY benefits until 1 YEAR w/company *Paltry Benefits (when you FINALLY get them) *Staff is overworked and underpaid (=ANGRY coworkers) *Absolutely terrible communication between stores and HQ *Promotions take FOREVER to "figure out" *Incredibly tedious, time consuming & POINTLESS computer based "training" (literally takes almost 20hrs to complete the "onboarding".
