Cons

Work life balance. Not only will you work way more then 50 hours a week. They will also tell you to adjust your time card since you are salary so that there records show that managers only work 50 hours a week. Tell you that integrity is important but then basically tell you do it this way unless you are getting evaluated. Then do it this way.
