      Operate the LA/GS system - Local Accountability/Global Strength. I am not a big believer in this business philosophy but that's just my personal opinion

      Pros

      1. BorgWarner supports remote working for individuals that really don't need to be on-site to do their jobs. I've been working remotely for over 2 years and it is going great. 2. Good support from managers. 3. Very easy to schedule vacation time etc. 4. Design positions are salary but if you get asked to work OT you get paid for OT. 5. Good health care (medical, dental and optical), 401k, vacation time, paid holidays and profit sharing benefits. 6. Nice cafeteria onsite, serving breakfast and lunch. Food options and drinks available all day. 7. Nice fitness room onsite. 8. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      1. IT support could be a lot better than it currently is.
