Pros
BorgWarner balances larger company resources with a smaller company collaborative work environment. I feel valued as an employee by my leadership. The leadership manage their resources well and diversify their capabilities to address the changing environment of the automotive market.
Cons
As with every large company, there are places where communication can be improved but I feel the leadership responds well to constructive feedback.
