French dominant rather than an international work environment People from the same nationality or speaking the same language hang out mostly together which is possibly also a factor in the promotions Very difficult to follow new technologies, learn new things or improve yourself as a software engineer Employees who stay in the company for more than 10-15 years usually end up as very insufficient in terms of technical knowledge Old school, traditional mindset
