      Good boss plotted Retrenchment for me

      Pros

      A former teammate and also nice boss ‘helped’ me to get retrenchment package. He purportedly told me to start looking for new job as I would be one of the headcounts to be ‘shredded’ or reduced. Thanks to his pre-empt and Luckily enough for me, as SPR, I could still found a job even before I was laid off early this year.

      Need to suck up to my boss who was promoted because of his skin, not because of his capabilities.
