      Good over all benefits, on-site gym

      Cons

      Bad management, not very concerned about moral. Rather make their numbers than worry about actual quality parts. High turn over with temp workers with no real incentive to stay and/or do good work. Under qualified and/or under trained operators running sophisticated machinery. Would rather shuffle managers/supervisors around that are failing than get rid of them.

      Pros

      Great benefits (insurance, retirement contributions, vacation, holidays, etc) Extra perks. Managers care about the people. They try to be morally responsible. They focus on your enrichment, both personal and professional.

      Cons

      It is a corporation, so you are a small part of a big machine. Some promotions seem a bit questionable.
