      Pros

      Great opportunity for learning, you can learn how to do pretty much anything you want to while there, such as CNC and mills / lathes. It is a solenoid manufacturing facility, so there are many complex systems of manufacturing and test to improve your familiarity and skill. You will keep busy and after you become accustomed to the facility you will enjoy the job, at least in my experience. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      The floor smells rather pungent at first, but you get used to it. Earplugs are required on the floor, so it takes some time to manage that without getting ear infections. Expected to work more than 40 hours a week with no overtime pay (As salary employee).

      Pros

      Beautiful area, decent work experience.

      Cons

      Company morale is at an all time low. Awful work-life balance. Very judgmental work staff. Everything seems like a competition between work staff to see who can get the most work done. Also, I feel like upper management gives little respect to their employees. It's really not enjoyable to work here.
