      The company is new in Ciudad Juarez and the process are newest too, find solutions for a problem is hard because you need a lot of history revision along with a lot of approvals. Technical question for savings initiatives should be answer by the buyer The buyer needs to provide solution for payment issues, there is no a account payable dept to respond directly to supplier for past due issues.
