      The pay and medical insurance

      Cons

      CEO needs to go, VPs are taken care of, created new roles or promoted even for under-performing, Management not flexible with work hours, telecommuting not an option, no promote from within opportunities unless you work in HR or Finance, Vacation policy needs improvement for those with 10-20 years of service, Culture needs improving but no follow up in many years for the "survey." Time to move on. Work-life balance - there is NO balance.

      Pros

      The President of my division was the most amazing person I've ever worked for and will probably ever work for again. The team I supported was made up of some great men and I couldn't have asked for a better experience

      Nothing worth mentioning here - BorgWarner was a great company to work for
