CEO needs to go, VPs are taken care of, created new roles or promoted even for under-performing, Management not flexible with work hours, telecommuting not an option, no promote from within opportunities unless you work in HR or Finance, Vacation policy needs improvement for those with 10-20 years of service, Culture needs improving but no follow up in many years for the "survey." Time to move on. Work-life balance - there is NO balance.
