For the factory workers: People are hired under a temporary contract and fired a month later (at the moment they hire someone the company already knows they're going to be fired soon but the employee doesn't) For maintenance technicians: besides the normal 40-hour week, working weekend after weekend is a must so that engineers look good on the next meeting; safety standards are not always followed For engineers: meetings are carried out with false indicators because teams are not even honest with their management; if you're a maintenance engineer, expect extra hours; if you're a quality engineer, expect to lie to every of your customers and suppliers because the company just doesn't want to have the trouble of solving production issues Any company worker: don't expect great salaries and when you go the extra mile for a project it is not recognized
