      As a whole the company is brilliant and innovative on the combustion engine side but lacking in the electric vehicles side and at no fault of their own mainly because of what they acquired from another company. -Exciting, varied work on inverters -Decent starting pay for a technician -Flexable starting and finishing times

      Unfortunately my experience with them was before I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD so I was subjected to being mobbed by various colleagues for various reasons. -Poor project management leading to costly errors -Lack of proper safety measures and training, especially to apprentices and junior technicians -Toxic environment i.e. gossiping, withholding information, pack mentality bullying
