      Pros

      Hi technology and innovation. Good customer base and outlook for some of the business. Good benefits, working environment. Company always trying to improve.

      Cons

      Latest leadership doesn't seem to know how to communicate with the workforce. Message coming through lately isn't very friendly. Important job roles not always filled, so those working hard tend to get burned out. Some markets struggling.

      Pros

      This was a spectacular experiance and the pay was good. I learned a ton to take back to college with me and apply.

      Cons

      I had a lot of down time. Like nothing to do and no one to give me work. That was a big turn off for me.
