      Pros

      Good facilities and products. Good reputation in the industry and company is growing.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Understaffed in some areas (like IT). Management and workers pulled in many directions. Could be better organized if there were more hands to help. Salaries need to keep pace to retain talented people.

      Pros

      Hourly wage is good if you get hired on. Good safety record. I loved my job when I was there.

      Cons

      Never got hired on after being laid off 3 times. Supervisor are not doing there job corporate tells them what to do. They lie straight to your face. I was a very loyal worker with an excellent work record but got replaced by a lower wage employee. You have to know the right person if you don't they get rid of you. If they personally don't like you bye bye!!!!! They waste a lot of money on so called business lunches. Not as good as you think looks good from a media stand point but politics run the place.       Pros

      Was a really place to work. The people are great and building is very nice. Lots of free food.

      Cons

      For interns it is a common complaint that there is not much for you to do. But they still want you there 30ish hours a week.
