      Great Benefits, on site gym and nurse, employee tuition reimbursement, and annual bonus.

      Cons

      harsh and critical working environment. no human resource support, non union, negative growth potential. poor work life balance. Cultural Environment is extremely negative.

      Pros

      One good aspect of working in Japan was an opportunity to collaborate with the overseas plant to propose and develop a product that fits into customer needs.

      Cons

      - Manager has no intent in functioning as a team. - Manager has no interest in his team members so they are left to dry - Manager not explaining to the members the purpose of his decisions - Manager clearly stating to member that he cannot trust the work output - No pure means of engineering. Primary job is translating documents and messages.

      Pros

      I have worked as an intern in the Asheville NC and Seneca SC plants. Both have very positive work environments, value quality, and have pride in their work.

      Cons

      Sometimes interns are underused (Seneca), and the tasks can be monotonous. Part-time employees do not get paid holiday days even when they fall on normal work hours.
