      Was a great company. New management is making poor business decisions based on egos.

      Pros

      Good products and strong customer base

      Cons

      Management wants to grow business at all cost. Focus on profitable growth is gone. New CEO is very insecure and has surrounded himself with yes men. Company culture doesn't not support woman in leadership rolls. A large part of HR is based on "Old Southern Baptist" belief. Special treatment is given to employees that belong to the same church and share the same beliefs in some business units.

      Pros

      If you put in your time and have the good ability you'll be rewarded with growth opportunities. The 401k match is the best I've ever heard of. Healthcare benefits are average.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be an issue. The international supply and customer base can require long hours. Staffing is a concern as it is at most American firms. You get the feeling that the company could be so much more if we were more willing to invest in new products.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. The Annual bonuses based on plant performance have been very generous over the last few years.

      Cons

      They absolutely do not care if employees are happy or not. HR is rude and won't even talk to employees (when they bother to come out of their offices). Don't bother to complain, you will be retaliated against, just take your beating and keep quiet. Too many layers of Management and very poor communication.
