      Pros

      I am working at BW for more then 6 years, starting from Team Leader Position up to Head of Dep and now Senior Designer, as designer you have important impact on final product shape so be careful it can happens that you will find it in your car!

      Cons

      Generally in higher management is to much politics and salary is not proportional to responsibility, good to get some experience in automotive but later you have to leave.
