The management has no idea what they are doing, non of them have any technical background and they treat employees like they are workers in a plant, they accept tasks that should not be accepted and then complain that the employees are doing a bad job (basically they have no idea how to run a software team). After 1 year of constant improvement meetings and feedback where the team explained everything that was going wrong and what should be improved, nothing changed. I left the company after one year and it was the best decision of my life, to give an example I received a formal complaint saying that I put my personal matters above my work matters (this coming in a time were my wife was 1 month away from giving birth). I would NOT recommend anyone coming in this company.
