      Pros

      Can take Home Office whenever needed Possibility to attend conferences in town and trainings

      Cons

      Hard to communicate with teams from Germany, Romanian colleagues are not included in decision making meetings. Management people hiring process is biased, so the developers suffer from that. Web projects are 90% internal and often get cancelled.
