Pros

Geographic flexibility (facilities in midwest, northeast, Carolinas, southeast ,west coast, etc.), wide breadth of experience in 2 years, opportunity to work internationally. If you can network successfully, your opportunities become more plentiful.

Cons

You're at the mercy of available openings when it comes time to rotate into a new role. Pay is low relative to market. If you're in the marketing function, heavy favor is shown to those who begin the program and work primarily in power tools- better rotation options, and much better final placement options.

Exciting products, responsibility, good opportunities if you are willing to take responsibilty. I like it personally, but some people just can't fit

Cons

A little overprocessed and slow which makes working here a hassle sometimes, fighting yourself through processes all the time. Not so many cons

Pros

Travel and career opportunities abound. Very multicultural company. Good benefits in comparison to the average automotive supplier. Management generally makes good decisions.

Cons

Base pay appears to be lower than industry standards. US operations suffer when either the US or Europe are in an economic slump. It's always apparent where the preferences are given (not to the regions).
