      Not much stress, not much money

      Pros

      No fire, no much stress, no much money, not demanding, no much promotions.

      Cons

      95% of upper management are Germans. 1st line of management 100% Germans. Not much chance for foreigners, even abroad. Think about it.

      Business unit is like a different company, so it’s as good as your direct supervisor wants it to be.
