Amazing work environment (but horrible pay)

Pros

Amazing Work environment - not hierarchical, very open and inclusive. You can easily ask questions and ask to be tought things, even when the people you’re asking are not in your department. Also easy to switch teams if you want to.

Cons

The pay is bad. Work rights are what is given by Japanese law. If you’re on the engineering side, it’s very one sided gender-wise.
