Pros

Good company with good culture. The office is new and is very nice. They are flexible with you working from home after the initial learning curve is done (they usually prefer to train people in person).

Cons

No formal training structure. All the training was "on the job", which is usually pretty painful. No one has time to really train you and many engineers just aren't good at explaining things. They would very much benefit from a structured training program. Also very hard to move up in the company. Politics plays a huge role and willingness to relocate as well. Pay is not that great compared to other engineering companies.

Pros

Very large, forward thinking and comprehensive company with a mini ecosystem inside. You can practically learn most topics and connect with anyone on the globe. Work-life balance, stable company etc

Cons

Expect a lot of pro-activeness on the employees. Opportunities for non-core countries are less available. Salary is not so competitive anymore.
