*You will learn a lot *There are opportunities to diversify (transfer) your role and responsibilities

Cons

*If you don't network strongly to GmbH (Germany) management and influences, your career is dead *Regional management will not take risks for your career and will not challenge promotion decisions *You can work 60 hours a week and make big achievements for the company but bureaucracy (every management type will want a piece of success & reporting) and preference to promote Germans will be a career barrier regardless of your achievements *Salary raises are sub-inflation (even prior to 2020) unless you are German
