This place offers a lot of room for growth and everyone there is very nice. The environment is perfect for older gentlemen.

Cons

The overall atmosphere at Bosch is a little dull and old and might not be the best choice for hot young workers.

If you are looking for stability its good , ita has a big company name linked with you . can look nice on resume ..

Cons

but no good pay and not much appreciation in terms of your work . overall not a good place for someone looking for career boost

-Resources of a large international company -More stable than competitors -Good benefits -Some people have been there for 20+ years

Cons

-Work/life balance suffers in certain departments/divisions (12 hour days and working until midnight is not uncommon) -Lower pay compared to other companies
