Many changes in the works company wide - Poor handling by Managers

Pros

Matching 401K - very high match. Health Benefits - good but, deductibles and cost passed on to employee increase each year.

Cons

Base salary is not consistent with industry standards. Major lay-offs, no work/life balance. Favoritism, sub par training, communications are poor. Managers and employees are being stretched too far in assignments to be effective. HR is not effective in the dealings with employees and handling of questions.

Work hard play hard mentality, great benefits – 401k, large stipends for pursuing higher education, variety of backgrounds and cultures, flexibility to work from home or off site, management actively tries to improve, several opportunities to work abroad or move positions within the organization

Cons

Sometimes there is red tape because of the size of the company, German laws
