      Many smart people, innovative, long term vision, family friendly, good work life balance, good culture, sustainable, works on many exiting products (e.g. automated driving, eBikes, everything required for electric vehicles, innovative power tools, smart home, smart cities), career opportunities, opportunity to work anywhere in the world (US, Japan, China, India, Europe, ...)

      Pros

      Plenty of work! Can’t fill positions needed!

      Cons

      Overtime overload, no work/life balance. Promises made and not kept. Favoritism, folks not held accountable, sub par training, communication from leadership is terrible. Manager never knows what is happening. Medical is sub par.
