      Pros

      Flexible Schedule, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with other companies. Limited career growth opportunities unless you are in marketing. There's no reward for those who work hard since everybody is rewarded equally in the end, causing less motivation and dissatisfaction. Company morale is really low.

      Good company with lots of opportunities if you have the willingness to take on responsibility

      Exciting products, responsibility, good opportunities if you are willing to take responsibilty. I like it personally, but some people just can't fit

      Cons

      A little overprocessed and slow which makes working here a hassle sometimes, fighting yourself through processes all the time. Not so many cons

      Pros

      Monthly business teleconferences where you learned where your subsidiary was in relation to others within the whole. Great benefits, acceptable salary.

      Cons

      Bosch acquired our company but our subsidiary's management decided to shut down our local office and lay off 15. We were later told that is not the "Bosch way" and we would have been better taken care of, if our management had understood Bosch management.
