A good place before retirement

Pros

Job security is great. Nice colleagues. Good retirement plan. Free drink and fruits (2 days per week).

Cons

Health insurance can be better. The deductible is too high. Only HDCP health insurance available. Purchasing is slow. No full time employees for purchasing for this site, but only interns, and some of them are not full time interns...

my co workers are amazing , The callers are usually nice

Cons

The management is rude, they make employees feel like less than human , We dont have all the resources available to provide proper customer service, The schedule is horrible and the pay is unfair they pay some people 21$ and some 13$ per hour when we all take the same calls and do the same job and we all started at the same time
