      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, flexible work schedule

      Cons

      If you aren't in with the "right" people, you won't advance. They hired a person who was terminated previously rather than even consider me because she was a friend of the person doing the hiring. Not cool.

      Some good things, and some bad things

      Pros

      Great respect for employees as a company culture. Large organization with global opportunities. In some areas there are very good senior managers.

      Cons

      Promotions and succession planning done for European employees, but not for US employees. Upper management is dysfunctional. The Bosch name is not what it used to be in terms of product quality.

      German not always better

      Pros

      Great technology with great backing from certain management. Lots of opportunity for training and internal courses.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability by manager and project leaders. Managers scared to make decisions and large amount of scope creep.
