Too many qualified people doing mundane jobs. When an interesting opportunity for bringing change comes up, there is heavy competition to participate in such initiatives

Cons

People are very rude. No relocation. Pay is below current standards. Office location is very bad. Interns are not allowed to come to office when there are no full timers, who are usually not present after 5.

Always had plenty of work to and felt my work was actually making a meaningful contribution to the projects.

Cons

The pay is low compared to industry standard. Do not offer housing assistance to interns.
