Possibility Traveling, many divisions. Possibility to move abroad . Very stable company. More than 150 years old. Privately own. Good working hours.

Cons

Not very competitive salaries, German owned so it come with German mentality. Lots of processes. Things tend to take longer.

Cons

Sometimes is seems as thought they become so blinded by their ambition and drive for money that they forget about the people who are actually doing the work in the plants.
