Great company to work for if you don't work in Silicon Valley.

Pros

If you work in the Midwest or the South this is a solid place to work. You're pretty much set for life. You'll have to pass away before someone takes your job.

Cons

If you work in the extremely competitive Silicon Valley - same idea - literally someone has to pass away in order for you to get promoted to the next level. Management will promise you the world if you follow the "Bosch" process, but the next time you speak there is a new "Bosch" process to avoid the topic.
