You are fully loaded and you can do anything you want to do in your career. Wonderful work place. As like everywhere management politics will be there. But you can bypass if you know process and talent. Everything is transparent.

Cons

Worst practice in Management. Keeping same person in a management for long time is bad sometimes - They should grow and should allow others should grow. Simply wastes their time with legacy safe zone. Many managers are not taking initiative and also not supporting whoever is taking initiatives
