There aren’t actually any; any pros that you may see in your job offer will be rescinded by the end of your first year.

Cons

The company has zero integrity. You will be used for whatever talent they hire you for until you quit or they do their next round of layoffs. Do yourself a favor and Google Bosch layoffs and read up on how regularly they do mass layoffs and what they have planned for the future.
