Pros
- slightly above average salary - good benefits - good office - no imposed office presence % (depends from department and manager, but we could work from home almost 100% if we wanted to)
Cons
- project ownership is always abroad, so you can't get a higher position here than group lead - projects take really long to start - distributed teams, owned by colleagues abroad -> feels like you're outsourced to do some work, not really a part of the "core" team
